The sociwl are not trying to get every reader to find a group to hang out with; instead, they are providing information to help each person find his or her place and be appreciated by others at whatever level he or she feels comfortable with. The reader learns through many anecdotes and even comic book style illustrations how social thinking impacts social skills. Many of the core concepts related to teaching social thinking and related social skills have been described in a number of other books written for parents, pages!
