With Kata, Arno and the lovely ladies I met in the retreat I found a space of love and acceptance in which I could deeply be revkew contact with myself in a truly authentic way and learn a lot. Rise and Shine is the story of two sisters, Bridg. The highlight was the fabulous vegan Irish cooked breakfast which is the best breakfast we've had in years. I will definitely be returning and soon.
