This is a good book for yo0ung children as it explores the message of trying new foods even if you think you don't like them. Good for kids maybe up to toamto 8 or so. The book did have a positive effect and reading the 3 has resulted in a significant improvement in his acceptance and evaluation of food! The Kitchen Thinker: Garibaldi biscuits.
